Stray Star GPS Tracker

I am a new user.  I've activated my GPS Smart Tracker but I cannot find the model in the drop down list of trackers.  The exact name from the instructions is Stray Star GPS Tracker so when I try to track on here it does not upload any stats.  Please can anyone help?

Sn00py80, send communication protocol to the info@gps-trace.com and we will tell if it is supported or not.

Thank you I have sent an email but I am unsure what communication protocol means?

Sn00py80, communication protocol can be provided by the manufacturer and describes internal format of a data message.
