Clone TK 102 don't comunicate whith website

Hi,
I have a clone of Xexun TK102.
The GPS it's ok by sms but don't connect with the website service.
 
GSM: +351915897399
ID: 352887075076483
Server IP: 193.193.165.166
Server port: 20157
 
Can you help?

jpereira89, no messages in the logs, your device does not communicate with a server.

May be the configuration is not correct, may be there is no internet connection, may be the protocol is not supported, who knows.

 

I may only suggest to check if it appears at the id.wialon.com

jpereira89, no messages in the logs, you device does not communicate with a server.

May be the configuration is not correct, may be there is no internet connection, may be the protocol is not supported, who knows.

 

I may only suggest to check if it appears at the id.wialon.com

Hi, I check in id.wialon.com but don't appear.

Can I try other IP / Port? Whose?

How can I test de Internet connection in tracker?

In mobile phone works. I configure the APN and receive OK in text message.

I put the IMEI instead of the ID. Which one should I put on the platform?

So you can use it to identify which one should be used.

You can try all ports from the list but is it worth the money you gonna spent for SMS?

Hi,

id.wialon.net don't show my ID or IMEI.

I don't pay sms in Portugal :)

Hi,

After setting up the GPS Tracker with IP and port, adding the device to the platform does anything other than waiting a few minutes (5/10 minutes)?
Or can I do some testing otherwise?
 
I want do the same of topic bellow for test. They have the same problem with same GPS.
 
 
I'm sorry but it's the first tracker I set  :unsure:

Добрый день мой трекер на "Виалон" как определяется в IB-GT102. Идентификатор 087072918778. А на карте не отображается.

Сообщений есть в логе.
Попробуйте включить трекер еще раз.

Hi,

I need your help. I have success in id.wialon.net

 

 

I test with:

IB-GT102, IP:193.193.165.167, PORT: 20504

I have the ID: 087075076483 in id.wialon.net

 

I put again but new IP and port: 193.193.165.166 20504

 

I add it to https://svcs.gps-trace.com/ but doesn't appear.

 

I don't have in device list the IB-GT102, only have GT168.

I put:

device: IB-GT168;

ID: 087075076483

Password: (default)

SIM Number: +35191*******

Can you help please?

jpereira89, try to switch your tracking device on once again.

Make sure you are doing it outside of any buildings.

 

We have received at least one messages from your device:

[hw2.trace] 2017/07/06 13:07:45:911: Received GPRS message from unknown unit(IB-GT102): ID: 087075076483
But the unit was created after the message has been received.

I deleted the unit from the platform, change adminip and I add the unit again in the platform.

Now I can see the tracker online.

I had to configure it first on platform and then on GPS Tracker.
