The issue has been finally resolved.

But I am not closing the thread for now.

We will wait until next week at least to see if there are any similar bugs.

Service is up again. This morning no problem with track log since app ;)

The second problem is that for a few days I can not access the tracking map through the new site, just the old site.
Could anyone help me with these issues?

The issue was on the server side caused by an update.

Mine keeps loosing connection to gps trace. Will have no signal for a few hours then it starts working again. Was offline for several hours this morning (starting about 3:30am central time) now it is working again. CORRECTION it has lost connection as of this post.

When I loose connection to gps trace, my unit will not respond to SMS commands nor send me a text when I call it. Is this a problem with my device?

cupcars, phone calls and SMS have nothing to do with our site.

So I believe something is wrong with the device itself.

Pach, that's what I was thinking too. I ordered a new unit and should have it by Wednesday. Hope this fixes my problem....
