So it was continuously working but at some point it started to upload history messages.

Continue the same problem, I do not know if other ports give the same problem but the ORANGE SERVER does not receive information on port 20668 from 9 pm to 3 am the next day.
The problem is with all trackers. We have verified that it is not problem of the equipment because via sms they are positioned well.
Sr Patch can solve this serious problem of your system?

lescar, why everybody are trying to compare SMS data with TCP packets?
When you send a command to get coordinates the device simply responds with an SMS to the same phone number.
It has nothing in in common with working via TCP connection.
Request data traffic printout from your mobile network provider.
Check if the device sends any data from 9 pm to 3 am.

We only sent the pocision via sms to be sure that the tracker has satelital signal . The problem is real, we have many clients that use the orange server and all has the same problem ( always in that time 9 pm to 3 am next day ). You can check if data arrives at the port of the server With the imei number of the tracker and if the server is processing the information well. We are sure the trackers sent data to the port correctly , becouse the rest of the day works correctly .
If you want we can send other user account with same tracker with the same failure .

lescar, our servers work 24/7 and full year.
We are the receiving side.
You can check current server status at any time using https://noc.wialon.com/ site.
The possible reason is either with your local mobile network providers if they drop TCP sessions at certain time or with the routing at the backbone providers level.

We have tested with 2 diferent mobile network provider and we have the same failure , now we are testing 2 news tracker coban gps 104 in the acount maxi6921 the tracker Will be placed in a taximeter transmitting 24 hours continuously and we will see if at that time it stops marking the route. We will check the data traffic with the mobile service provider and send you the report so that you can check the server port to verify . Is important for us solve this problem becouse Otherwise the system works well and the interface is good.

Yesterday we tested 2 tracker with coban gps104 in a taximeter that works 24 hours. The tracker was transmitted constantly , and the server work fine logged the route until 20:44 hours , affter mark only one point 00; 30 hours and began work normally 1:21 . The two trackers did exactly the same .
In conclusion, for almost 5 hours we can not see the route of the vehicle, this same happens with all the equipment a long time ago, including tracker xexun tk-102-2 programmed to another port. We have tested with different sim card mobile operators and is the same.
They could verify the problem
please ?
We sent screenshots at those times to see the problem.

To everyone with the similar issue!
Our servers are listening for incoming data 24/7, 365 days a year.
If you have any problems when messages stop being sent at the same time every day so investigate on the issue with your local mobile network providers.
A provider may break TCP connection for some reason.
