Notification by mail.

On old site, I can configure some events and receive notification by mail.

On new site, I found the same events configured but I don't receive notification by mail.

Why?

I have the same problem!

 

I can see generated notifications when I open my tracking profile, but I don't recieve e-mail notifications.

Can you please clarify your question or attach a screenshot to make it a bit more clear what causes problems.

I had a similar problem that was reported fixed by support. 

 

If i create a new e-mail-notification in the new site it would create notifications when i was logged in to the site, but noe send me any mails.

 

I i went back to the old site to look at this notification I saw that there was set an expiry date that is 1970........ 

 

Changing this date fixed the problem for me back then. I have not tried this later, ut what you are describing is the same thing i was experiencing.
