how to send data to orange GPS through Arduino mega

I am working on arduino mega with GPRS interfacing of M95 Qucetel, firstly i am getting data from my GPS module and trying to Post at orange GPS through using TCP protocol using AT command of M95.



Following setup i follow 


Device Type :IntelliTrac X8

Unique Device ID : using IMEI number of my gprs device

Phone number: Sim Number




and sending data In Intellitrac format my arduino but i am unable to locate my position.



Kindly guide as i am new user of orange gps


using IP POrt No 20166

Imei ID ,20030217132813,121.646060,25.061725,20,157,133,7,0,11,15,0.096,0.000

Muhammad, we have received one message from your device:

[hw2.trace] 2016/11/16 09:19:13:967: GPRS MSG(IntelliTrac X8): ID: xxx00002, IP: , MSG: TIME: 15:28:13 17/02/2003, LAT: 25.061725, LON: 121.646060, SPEED: 20
As you can see the LAT and LON are here but the time stamp is incorrect.

Hi captain ,

In order to send data over orange GPS , you should make your packit in form of IntelliTrac X8 format and send your packet through GPRS  over orange GPS using port 20166 and IP
