Point your device to id.wialon.net  and check if you are using the right ID.

Rilla G19 is a personal tracker.

Search for this type in the left corner.

We can only guarantee the work of supported devices:

http://gps-trace.com/en/hardware

All others may work or may not work.

If you have a communication protocol of this device you can send it to info@gps-trace.com we will analyze it and tell which port should be used.

Hello there!

I've also this module, and try to update information on id.wialon.net.

Question: the apn's name is "id.wialon.net" or provided by my sim car supplier?

Also, the IMEI that we are supposed to see, is the tracker IMEI or the one of the sim card? The gps tracker have also a ID number, we forget this one?

APN is provided by you mobile network company.

The ID you will see is and internal ID of a device sometimes it differ from the one on the box therefore we recommend to check an actual value through id.wialon
