Hi, I'm making tests with a TK102-2 and now I have four units that I can not delete. Where is the option? It's because I'm trying various sim cards and currently don't receive SMS, so when I click on one unit it says "No messages found" but don't let me any option

Just delete telephone number and uniqueID then save. Close unit window then double click unit to reopen. Push delete unit.

hello

 

I have the same problem that I can not delete a unit. When I click on the unit in the lower left corner, only the message appears 'no messages found'.

 

There is no possibility to delete the phone number or anything els.

Try double click

Hello, I have a problem, I need delete two units, but I dont know how, somebody help me, please.

Hi! Open the unit properties and you'll see the Delete button right under the unit icon.

there is no button "Delete unit" under unit icon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi tesco-3. Just use the new Orange interface (https://svcs.gps-trace.com/) with the same name and password to see the option I described.

Please delete from my account the 2 devices i have.

Something i mess up and nothing work neither i can delete them.

brangalias, a unit can be easily deleted by yourself using delete button.

I set up a new but I can not add this id

sebcar, you need to send a request to delete this account from the email which was used during registration.

A request can be sent to info@gps-trace.com
