Hi,
I paid my money and registered, I input iphone details I wish to track, the map is continually on London and when I ask to trace it, all that comes up is No data for selected interval on my own phone and On the iphone. Is there anything else I need to do or equipment I need as it's so confusing. All I want to do is to locate the iphone once at a specific time and not use it again.

we have a free service which is provided at no cost, anyway have ou downloaded the right application for your iPhone and put the right ID in the relevant field? The only thing you need is to launch the application on your phone and put the right settings in the service.

I bought a Xexun TK102. The sms features work fine. But I am unable to track from PC nor from iphone. What should I do next.

I did input all required ID in the relevant place but no success in tracking, also have emailed contact-locate phone for advise and help and am yet to get a reply. I paid a years subscription commencing November 2015.

gps-trace.com is free service, if you paid for it so you have been scammed.

You may use our free app https://itunes.apple...766356081?mt=8 

Just install it on your iOS device, during first start fill in your account login and password and a unit will be created automatically with all the required settings.

What would the UID and password be... I am confused

As I have mentioned above all you need is open the app and enter credentials for your account.

A unit will be created automatically. Then you need to open the app again and push "Start service"

Hi I have started the device, i have added the mobile phone info but i cannot imput the unique id as it says error.

 

The id is 354338061012213 

 

could you plese help?

marea80, what error exactly do you recieve?

As far as I can see there are some messages from your device:
