We are already trying to allocate the possible cause and fix it.

 

 

Just saw this thread, please ignore my thread in the mobile app sub-forum, this is obviously the same problem, glad you guys are looking into it.

Android app stopped updating on Saturday October 15th 2016, it just showed the location of October 14th. Phone reset does not help. Clearing cache and deleting old data does not help. Deleting and re-creating tracker does not help, and after recreating the device all the old data is lost and no position is shown at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help.

It looks like the app does not read any more the device position data from the servers. Associated with this, login upon startup fails every now and then, app says server is not available (reopen app again and it may login but still will not get a position update).

Before I could track TR02 unit on my apple device (iphone / ipad). Now tracking has stopped. In addition I do not find unit type TR02 on the application. Please advise. PS: Unit tracks on web interface on PC.

yes, orange gps track app has problem.

There is no updation of data.

last update was 3 days ago.....

I am having a problem with the tracker coban tk 303, it is in stationary or parked a number of days, do not know the support of GPS orange, I'm from Brazil, the in tracking site, it shows the localization of the vehicle makes perfect script if you pull on the report, but not updated in the mobile application and is only as if parked in my garage but the vehicle is running

The fix is partially implemented should be working for some users already.

But we are still in the middle of the testing process and I will post a message here once it will be done for 100%.
