We are already trying to allocate the possible cause and fix it.
Just saw this thread, please ignore my thread in the mobile app sub-forum, this is obviously the same problem, glad you guys are looking into it.

Android app stopped updating on Saturday October 15th 2016, it just showed the location of October 14th. Phone reset does not help. Clearing cache and deleting old data does not help. Deleting and re-creating tracker does not help, and after recreating the device all the old data is lost and no position is shown at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help.
It looks like the app does not read any more the device position data from the servers. Associated with this, login upon startup fails every now and then, app says server is not available (reopen app again and it may login but still will not get a position update).

The fix is partially implemented should be working for some users already.
But we are still in the middle of the testing process and I will post a message here once it will be done for 100%.
