tjandraferry, and it is working. Have a look at the time when a message was recieved:

[hw2.trace] 2018/02/01 11:00:29:195:

At id.wialon.net it just shows if at least anything was received.

Both .167 and .166 are receiving the same messages the only difference is that .166 stores them in the data base according to the time stamp which is "TIME: 17:32:23 30/01/2018" and .167 just shows that a tracking device is online.

tjandraferry, it may be that a tracking device is in a some kind of a sleep mode.

May be a simple reboot would resolve it.

i did reboot the device around 3 hours ago, now it shows the location of 2 hours ago. still can't figure it out what to do. planning to buy a new device. thank you anyway pach

thanks pach, sorry for late reply, i think the device will automatically hibernate after 30 minutes. if the car starts to run, the device will automatically works.

Hello
I have a tracker GT02A Rev.2,
at id checker he turns up after trying several times than GT02B,
port 20769,
if I change ip 166 for the portal, it will not show anything
Where is the mistake

Max007, I did not find any messages in the logs from your tracking device.

Can you please show a screenshot of an id.wialon.net where your device is working?

now the tracker is visible under id-checker
