I am sorry for my bad English. Please advice about how to set up a notification at geofence. My point is when I ride the circumscribed circle of the email I get delayed for several hours. Where is the fault thank you for your message.
I use a track with GPRS after 1 minute.

Check user time zone settings (upper right corner, click on account name).

Also make sure your device is configured properly and is sending correct date and time.
