GT 06N problem can't track location

Hi support 

 

I have problems I have set my gps concox GT 06N to orange. gps , on the orange gps platform , online indicator have cange to green , but GSM & GPRS indicator still no response , I check m device all OK 

 

can you help me ?  the IP setting : 193.193.165.166 port  20859

This happens because your device sends messages without any GPS data (no coordinates, no sats):

Hmmm Ok then , I login for that account is working now , I think the server have delay to get information from the device , because if I using sms command to the device it works fine

The server has no delays.

There is a delay between sending a message from your device and receiving it on the server and such delays are called "Network delay", they are counted in ms (milliseconds).

 

An example of a message in my previous post is from your device.

It means that the tracker sent a message containing some data but without coordinates.

May be there were some problems with GPS connection or with device configuration.

 

P.S. SMS polling has nothing to do with device to server data sending. If you send an SMS and your device responds correctly it does not mean that it is configured properly to work in GPRS mode.

Hi support,

I have the same problem as the initial user.

As you can see on the picture in attach, the unit is indicated as being offline, or it isn't.

The unit replay in full at the sms send from my mobile.

Can you please tell me were I need to look for ?

kakiek, your tracking device does not send any data messages to our servers.

Check your configuration.

Use id.wialon.net to check if it goes online or not.

Hi Patch,

thanks for your replay.

I have resend the following to my tracker:

#IP#password#193.193.165.166#20765#    and received from the tracker ->  set ip adress and port ok!!

when I send #smslink#password#    when I receive a goog link to google maps with the right location of the tracker.

 

the apn :

#apn#password#internet.proximus.be#  and received from the tracker ->  apn ok!!

 

So I really don't know what I have done wrong !

 

 

On the other hand when I go to this link : http://orange.gps-tr...344c9e6d03fc381  I have my original configuration but also one that I created for test purposes .... .

How can I delete the one I created for test purposes ?

kakiek, use https://svcs.gps-trace.com/ to manage your units.
