How to know the devise is on sleep mode or lost signal ? both status show as red.

do we have any option or put difference color to justify the status. please advise.

Does anyone use ATT Uverse internet?


Can anyone tell me how to enter the APN for ATT Uverse internet?
Have wireless network SSID: ATT472 - This is the Name for my wireless network
Wireless Network Key: 01625***** - This is the password
APN123456 - How do I enter the information here?
Unit is offline.  No satellites locked. No data.

Tracker is showing a previous location two days old and a dialogue box pops up saying "use another map provider" any idea what this means and how I do it.

Hi everyone!


We finally did it! A long-awaited update is ready to use.


Welcome to a new GPS-Trace Orange! This is the first global system update ever since. You will like it for sure and appreciate all its new features.


Note! Mind that it’s just a beta-testing now. So all your comments and feedback might be useful, although there is no way back to the old version.

Please, consider some important points that may help you:

  • Unified login and password. Having registered in the system once, you get a unique login and password, which provides you with the access to the tracking system itself, as well as to the GPS-Trace Orange forum.

Note! You forum name may be changed in profile settings.

  • Don’t feak out – it’s quite simple, when first time logged in you will see a quick overview of the new interface. Log in in the top right corner from anywhere in the site, then click the user icon and “Go to tracking”.

NB! The old service version is temporary available by clicking the relevant icon in the top right. In a few weeks just the new version will be kept. 

  • Hereinafter all the communication will take place here. Hope that a new forum will be a fabulous communication and feedback tool.

NB! The old forum is temporarily available in the read-only mode (there is the direct link below this topic). If you have any important information or data to be saved there, please, move it to the new forum.


And finally, this is not the end, but just the beginning of a new GPS-Trace Orange. Site, forum and service will be improved and equipped with new features with your assistance (looking forward to your reviews and proposals).


If you face any problem, please, report about it quickly here at forum. I apologize for any problem that might occur.

We can trace down an account which has a unit with some ID but that's it.

No other information can be provided to a third person.

I've installed and I am tracking a some devices.


In the old interface I'm able to see and track my devices across the Map.

In the new interface my devices always show "No Data"

Are there any problems with the new interface ?

I was about to give up on this service when I tried the old service and was able to traclk my devices there.

I get emails with the information: no connection for more then 5 minutes (this value I set).

Sometimes everything is ok for a month, but sometimes I get a notification 2-3 Times a day by email.

I have now enable 3 devices: Teltonika GH1201

When I get emails, the devices have GSM and GPS signal, I checked it by SMS command and devices send me location.


Today I recived an email alert for the 3 devices at the same time ( 0:43 UTC+2 ).

Please help in repair an error.

Still today morning when access to tracking data by click on "GO TO TRACKING", appears waiting circle and not pass to the vehicle tracking.

Your device has simply stopped sending messages.

Check configuration or power connection.

Click on the "+" icon in the lower right corner and you will see the required fields:

Name, Device type, Unique ID

Ask for a printout on you mobile data usage and check if your device still uses internet or it had stopped exactly on 5th april.

One more thing - most devices use GPRS (2g) connection and do not work in 3g\LTE and so on networks.

Note: you can not track a phone by its number.

You can hide work of tracking applications but you can not make invisible and any can find it in the list of installed apps.
